Machine Details

1. Pre-loading Device:
Reduce the number of shutdowns during machine operation, increase efficiency.
2. Feeder Paper Loading:
Servo driven mechanical structure ensures the stability and speed of paper feeding. The paper loading is about 500mm high, reducing the number of stops during machine operation.
3. Positioning Unit:
Advanced laser photoelectric identification system, to ensure ±0.15mm positioning accuracy and 18-25 pcs/min speed.
4. Box Wrapping Part:
The adjustment box mold can be used for different box sizes which is convenient and fast. The box forming mechanism is upgraded to servo drive, which is faster, more stable and easier to adjust.
5. Bubble Press Dual-station grip:
Grasping is more stable, adopt five side pressing and pushing form for box-out, so that the bubble pressing time is longer and the overall speed is faster.
6. Device of Bottom Board Feeding:
Photoelectric positioning of the inner supporter, accurate grasp, insert into the box quickly, smooth completion of a series of installation of the base process.
7. Wine Box Cover Feeding Device:
Identify the box cover automatically and locate the corresponding position in the box for bonding quickly.
8. Device of Box Strip Fence Feeding:
Photoelectric detect the position of the box, grab the strip intelligently, put into the corresponding position in the box accurately, complete the action of feeding fence strips smoothly.
